Privacy Policy
This privacy policy informs you about the nature, scope and purpose of the processing of personal data on this website in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
Data Controller
ZozanX Media. Full contact details for the data controller (name, postal address, email) are provided in our Imprint, linked below.
Contact Form
If you use the contact form, your details (name, email address, company if provided, and message) are stored on our server in order to process your enquiry. Your data is not shared with third parties.
Newsletter
If you sign up for our newsletter, we store your email address on our server in order to send you future news from ZozanX Media. You may object to this storage at any time and request deletion of your data by contacting us via email.
Server Log Files
When you visit this website, our hosting provider automatically collects technical connection data (including IP address, date and time of access, page accessed, and browser type), which is required to ensure the reliable and secure operation of the website.
Traffic Measurement
This website uses a self-hosted, cookie-free analytics system built into ZozanX Media's own server — no third-party analytics provider is used, and no data is shared outside our infrastructure. It records, in aggregate only: which page was viewed, the referring website's domain (e.g. "google.com", or "Direct" if none), and how long the page stayed open. To estimate how many distinct visitors we had (without identifying anyone), each visit is converted into a one-way cryptographic hash of your IP address and browser type, combined with the current date — this hash cannot be reversed back into an IP address, is never stored together with the IP itself, and resets every day, so it cannot be used to track you across visits or days. No individual visitor profiles are created, and this data is used solely for aggregate, internal statistics (e.g. how many people visited, which pages are most popular).
Cookies
This website does not use cookies for tracking, advertising or analytics, and does not show a cookie consent banner because none is needed. Two strictly necessary cookies remain, both exempt from consent under GDPR/ePrivacy: one that remembers your selected language, and — only for logged-in staff — a session cookie that keeps the admin panel secure. Neither is used for tracking or shared with any third party.
AI-Assisted Services
Certain features of this website and our production workflow rely on AI-assisted services provided by third-party AI service providers. Where you submit input to such a feature (for example, text or files), that data may be transmitted to the relevant AI service provider for processing. We do not make any binding guarantee regarding whether your data is used for model training; where possible, we choose service settings that opt out of using data for model training.
Your Rights
Under Articles 15–20 GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, erase or restrict the processing of your personal data, as well as a right to data portability. Please contact us using the details in our Imprint to exercise these rights.
